Welcome to Rosalina’s Café! I’m Rosalina, and this food truck is an extension of me and my family — a blend of Portuguese tradition and American flair. Our truck is more than just a food truck; it’s the size of an RV, with a fully self-sufficient commercial kitchen and a state-of-the-art espresso bar.
At Rosalina’s Café, we specialize in Bifanas – a Portuguese classic braised pork sandwich. The sauce is a secret family recipe. We also serve delicious Portuguese pastries and sometimes treat you to fresh Brazilian donuts. Everything is made with care and a focus on freshness, to create a beautiful fusion of flavors that reflect my family’s Portuguese and American roots.
Our espresso is bold, creamy, and rich, just like the Portuguese know how to do it. Our iced teas are sweet and refreshing, the way the Southern U.S. ladies serve them. And don’t forget about the bacon, egg, and cheese paninis — they’re the perfect start to your day.
My brother and I wanted Rosalina’s Café to be a place that honors traditional Portuguese culture, while also offering the youthful energy and modern twist that American culture brings. The name is a tribute to our grandmother, Rosalina, who inspired our dad’s love for cooking and, by extension, mine too. So, come on by and experience a little bite/sip of our world. We’re so excited to share it with you.
Our milks, teas, and lemonades are organic, our bread is bakery fresh, and our eggs are the highest quality we can find! We try to exclusively serve pasture-raised eggs at Rosalina’s Café, but with the current avian flu affecting chicken populations, it can be difficult to always keep them in stock. We appreciate your patience with our search for the best eggs around!
